Refund policy
JournalingRUs sells digital course products. Because access begins quickly and materials are delivered digitally, refund requests are reviewed carefully.
Digital course purchases
If you purchased a course in error or need billing support, email billing@journalingrus.org with your order number as soon as possible.
Requests made promptly after purchase and before substantial use are more likely to be approved. Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after substantial consumption of the purchased material.
- Duplicate or fraudulent access attempts.
- Requests that conflict with clearly stated product terms at checkout.
