Payments and Stripe

JournalingRUs uses Stripe to process payments. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or CVC values on this website. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe, and we may receive limited payment metadata such as card brand, last four digits, billing address, payment status, and related transaction identifiers.

Stripe's Privacy Policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe explains that, depending on the activity, it may act as a data controller and/or a data processor or service provider. Stripe also publishes its business-user legal terms at stripe.com/legal/ssa-overview and stripe.com/legal/ssa.

If you use a Stripe-provided feature such as a saved payment method or Link, Stripe may collect and use additional data directly under Stripe's own terms and privacy disclosures.

You can request help, correction, or deletion inquiries for data controlled by JournalingRUs by writing to privacy@journalingrus.org. We will respond as reasonably and promptly as we can.

If your request concerns payment data that Stripe controls directly, Stripe may require you to use Stripe's own privacy channels or Privacy Center as described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
